I lead the bite force measurement of around 650 insect species from four climate zones on four continents over the course of three years before and during the Corona pandemic. For this endeavor, we usied the forceX device and forceR package. The results are in review at Nature Scientific Data, but already available as preprint at BioRXiv. The underlying database itself is publically stored at Zenodo.
